I photograph interiors using HDR. My goal is that your images are true to life but also bright, crisp and inviting. I hand edit each one to ensure accurate color...the results will impress sellers and give buyers a clear understanding of the home before they see it in person.
A listing photo appointment includes the shoot time, plus the high resolution images delivered to your inbox within 12 hours so you'll have quick access to your online gallery.
*$175 + sales tax includes 15 images in an online gallery. (perfect for smaller homes)
*$200 + sales tax includes 30 images in an online gallery.
how i work
nce you reach out to me with information on your listing and time frame, I'll send you an online agreement. The scheduling process is simple and efficient. Once a payments is made online, we'll secure your shoot time.
A small travel fee will apply to areas outside a ten mile radius of Olympia.
When it's time for the shoot, we'll meet at the listing...session time is based on the size of the home but shouldn't take more than one hour.
Within 12 hours of the shoot, you'll receive a password protected online gallery of your hand edited, high resolution images. You'll have the freedom to download and print for marketing purposes.
